Susan has worked in the staffing industry for over 16 years. She started her career with a regional staffing firm in their corporate office and quickly moved into an operations management role. She progressed to Branch Manager, Perm Recruiter, Area Manager and Vice President of Operations with her last employer, eventually founding Atlanta Recruiting Group. Susan has successfully sold, managed teams and serviced clients across a wide range of industries, which gives her great insight into the skills & abilities required to excel in the staffing industry.

Susan's success with Atlanta Recruiting Group comes from her diverse experience in the industry and her ability to understand her clients' needs at a much deeper level than most. Susan has built a solid network of contacts within the Atlanta market as well as in other major markets in the U.S. Her numerous connections within the industry and her ability to successfully recruit the best candidates allow her clients to tap into top talent for their organizations.
